I want to do this so badly, too. When someone asks what I'd do if I won the lottery, a cat sanctuary is always on the list!
Are you referring to the Cat House on the Kings lady in California? She's great. If you haven't, you should subscribe to her newsletter! I so wish I could do something like she and this gentleman are!
