Singing cat helped me smile this early morning as i creaked out of bed and managed to down a glass of Metamuscil before finally finding my spectacles. A few vitamins and iron supplements later it's strap on the truss time and get out the walker for my Birthday walk to the bathroom for what hopefully will be a pleasant experience. By then it will be time to go slave away the day, extra slaving today lucky me, and then a nice night out.
